Q: When will I receive my tickets?
A: Your tickets will be sent to you within 10 days of the initial purchase by Ticketmaster. Please ensure you bring both your Ticketmaster ticket and your Universe confirmation email to check in to the experience.
Q: When will I find out my hotel details?
A: All information about hotel packages, including check-in time and location, will be emailed out 7-10 days before the event. We recommend checking your spam inbox for these emails as well. If you have not received this 7 days before the show, please contact us at knotfestvip@superfan.live
The information you provide at the time of purchase (name, email) will be the same information used for email contact and hotel check-in. Please make sure to provide an active email and phone number so that we can give you all of the information about your experience.
Q: What information do I require for check-in at the hotel?
A: The hotel will be given the names of the package purchaser as the lead guest. If you are an international visitor you must provide a passport to check in. For US nationals and residents, please ensure you provide an approved photo ID with you such as a driving license or passport.
The hotel will also ask for a credit card at check-in in order to charge you directly for extras such as room service and other additional items. Do not worry! Your hotel room is fully paid for in advance, you will only be charged for extra items.
Q: How many people can stay in my hotel room?
A: The Knotfest Travel Program hotel rooms are sold as either a Single with 1 bed for 1 person, or a Double. If you are opting for a Double room, you can choose from either 1 bed for 2 people or 2 beds for 2 people.
Q: Do you have any larger group or family rooms?
A: Rooms are booked as one room with either a 1 bed or 2 beds. There are unfortunately no larger rooms available.
Q: I would like to stay an extra night at the hotel. What should I do?
A: All of our programs are sold as a bundled package, so the amount of nights at the hotel cannot be increased.
Q: I only want to stay one night, not two.
A: All of our programs are sold as a bundled package, so the amount of nights at the hotel cannot be reduced. It is not possible to partially refund or cancel specific elements of the bundle.
Q: Will transportation be provided from the hotel to the event?
A: There will be no transportation provided from the hotel to the venue. Please note that it is a 12 minute drive.
Q: I am driving to the hotel. Is there parking available?
A: Parking is not included in your package. The hotel may have limited availability on arrival but this is not guaranteed. Additional charges will apply.
Q: When do I check in and check out of my hotel?
A: Check-in will begin on 20th September and check out will be on 22nd September. We will email you the exact schedule closer to the event.
Q: Is travel to Iowa, Illinois provided?
A: Travel to Iowa is not included in your hotel package.
Q: Is there an airport shuttle provided, to and from the airport and hotel?
A: Yes there is! If you are flying into Iowa, there will be a complimentary shuttle that can take you to and from the airport and the hotel. This will be arranged by the hotel.
Q: Where do I collect my merchandise?
A: Details about how you will receive your merchandise will be emailed to you closer to the event date.
Q: Where do I collect my tickets if I do not have them?
A: Further information specifically related to ticketing will be sent out closer to the event. Please note that your confirmation email is not your ticket.
Q: I purchased these tickets as a gift for someone else and am not attending.
A: All packages are non-transferable and non refundable. For extenuating circumstances, please email us at knotfestvip@superfan.live.
Q: Is it okay to buy Packages from third party vendors like StubHub?
A: Ticket bundles and experiences will not be valid if they have been purchased from any other vendor other than Universe. Tickets and packages will be voided and it is unlikely the 3rd party vendor will issue you with a refund. Please only book your package through Universe.com.

Q: How do I request accessible seating at Knotfest, Iowa 2024?

Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 7-10 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by knotfestvip@superfan.live to the email address or telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately. Merchandise items included in your package will be available for pickup at the venue the day of the show at the designated VIP check in location (or other designated location). All merchandise must be collected onsite and will not be mailed if you do not check in. If you need to add an alternate pick up name, please contact knotfestvip@superfan.live within 10 days of purchase. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images may appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to single day tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product. All hotel reservations are non-refundable. Superfan will make its best efforts to accommodate name changes in accordance to the hotel policies, but cannot guarantee them. Please contact knotfestvip@superfan.live. If in the event Superfan is unable to supply the original accommodation as stated at the time of the booking, alternative Hotel accommodation at the same standard or above will be given. In the unlikely event Superfan is unable to supply an alternative Hotel at a same or higher standard than originally booked, then a partial refund will be offered reflecting the difference in value of the accommodation. You are responsible for ensuring that you adhere to instructions provided by Superfan in respect to your Hotel Policies, including check-in, arrival, and check-out times. Superfan cannot be liable for any loss or expense suffered by guests because of their late arrival or failure to adhere to procedure provided in accordance with Hotel check-in/arrival instructions if applicable. If you are a non-US resident, you and the other members of your party may be required to provide Passport or approved identification at the Hotel check-in. Hotel accommodation is sold either with or without breakfast and this is clearly stated on the Hotel Booking Information and confirmation. All additional items are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and must be settled directly with the Hotel. You will be required to provide a credit card on arrival at the Hotel to cover any damages, room service and mini-bar purchases. Anyone who cannot provide this may be denied check-in. In the event of a change of show date or show cancellation, the ticket and experience portion of the package is fully exchangeable to the new date or fully refundable. The hotel portion of the booking is fully dependent on the contractual obligations between Superfan and the Hotel operator. In certain instances, Hotels will be partially refundable, or non-refundable. In no instance will Superfan keep any portion of the package holders’ finances if a refund, in partial or full, is authorized and issued by the Hotel partner.
