We are making a delicious start to 2019 with Chef Naina Bhedwar of Kesar Kitchen. With her culinary heritage rooted in both the Parsi (Indo-Persian) and Punjabi communities of India, she brings her knowledge of these cuisines, as well as contemporary spins from living in Australia and the UK, and of course, Atlanta. This hands on class will showcase some beautiful spices, featuring seasonal Cauliflower Soup with Whole Spices, Stir Fried Paneer Masala (Indian style set cottage cheese), Paratha (layered flatbread), and Masala Chai Cake with Cardamom Whipped Cream. Wine will be served. $89 per person (vegetarian)
