Why should I do YFY Challenge? This challenge is about learning to build and keep powerful habits that actually change your life. You will get physically more fit and mentally more aware of your own strength. Completing 14 workouts in 14 days is going to make you feel accomplished and confident. After two weeks of us training together you will be set for success in the New Year. You can continue to use this program and all the information that I will be sharing with you. YourFIT daily health challenges will set you up for healthier habits in the new year and you will meet like-minded people for your support and accountability.
Why planning is the most important part of YFY Challenge? No plan means we can plan on failing and waisting our precious time. Part of my plan is knowing what I will be doing each day and making sure it’s feasible. I also surround myself with the YF COMMUNITY to support me! And now that I'm fit I’m sharing my plan and community with you so you can be sure to have everything you need for YourFIT life this new year.
This is also an INSTAGRAM Challenge! To participate in the challenge portion you'll need and instagram account that it is public and NOT private, so I can see your check ins. You will "check in" each day via Instagram, using a photo (can be a sweaty selfie, shot of the gym, you and a partner, equipment, your healthy recipe, home workout, whatever). YOU WILL HASHTAG ALL POSTS using #yourfityearchallange or #yfychallenge and also the DAY of the challenge it is for you. For example, your description on your photo may be "Just got done with workout #5 on the #yourfityearchallenge” feeling so much stronger already @yourfitwithsasha Getting fit this year for sure!”
What to expect from the workouts? My workouts are hard but fun and I am recommending you do them as is. Feel free to do other restorative activities like stretching and walking. Workouts should be no longer than 20 minutes to ensure you stay consistent. The goal is quick, challenging and results-driven.
How does this challenge work? I will provide the workouts and daily habit challenges via email. On December 31 you will receive the workouts, calendar and instructions so you can be prepared to start them on January 1st-January 14th. You can do the workouts at home with dumbbells or at your gym. You'll have the option to follow along via video or PDF sheet.
You'll have a chance to be featured on my Facebook page. I will be choosing my favorite insights and shares on IG and my Wednesday Vlog that goes out to my entire email list!
How to win? Everyone who completes the 14 workouts (as verified by their IG shares) will be entered to win prizes, including one month supply of my favorite super power protein shakes, spiritual gangster tank, and one YourFit Life coaching session with me via Skype.
