Diosa De La Luna Entertainment welcomes you to its annual Witset fundraiser. Prepare to be whisked away with our pre show cabaret enchantresses. Indulge yourself by taking a browse at the local indigenous vendors and our “Bombshell Baskets” at the silent auction. Our gala will be catered, by our special guest chef (stay tuned!) and we will have our photo booth available for your pleasure! The gala will commence with glamorous burlesque performances by these passionate, political, powerhouses….

Net proceeds will be going to The Witset Health Centre, which supports the Wet'suwet'en community, approximately 25KM outside of Smithers, B.C.
Proceeds from the “ Bombshell Baskets” will go to the Victoria Native Friendship Centre.

VIP ticket holders get access to one of our tables in the front row (cocktail table and chairs for 4), or a 6 person high table top (with bar stools) petite prizes from our “Bombshell Basket” donors, and an autographed framed mini poster. Includes access to the buffet and 1 complimentary alcoholic or non alcoholic beverage per person. $50.00 per person.

At the VEC there is zero tolerance for any type of racist, sexist, ableist, fatphobic, transphobic or homophobic behaviour. By purchasing a ticket and attending an event, you agree to conduct yourself with the utmost respect for everyone at the venue. In the event that you do not, you may be asked to leave without a refund. Respect, as well as, consent are of utmost importance. Accessibility at the VEC is an ongoing project, and we continue to work to make the space more accessible to all kinds of folks. There are also a lot of different barriers to accessibility that have been identified, that we continue to work on. As part of this process, we ask guests: If you are able to do so, use the Broad Street stair entrance and mulit-user washroom. There is only one accessible entrance and washroom, help make sure those who need it can use it. Do not move tables or chairs without venue permission. Keep aisles clear at all times and please return your glassware to the bar.
≫ Substance Use Policy ≪
As per our liquor license we have a zero tolerance policy for outside alcohol in our venue. Bag checks can be performed by security and outside alcohol will be confiscated. There is no smoking or vaping allowed inside the venue. We may refuse liquor service at any time, But commit to practices that are non-judgemental of intoxication, regardless of its form, cause, or base substance and we will treat everyone with dignity and respect. We may, in some situations, have to ask intoxicated people to leave our venue due to circumstances that put the safety of others at risk. We will not do this lightly, or without significant reason.
