The Simcoe Excellence Multicultural Business Awards (SEMBA) recognizes outstanding Black and Multicultural Individuals and Businesses through an annual culture award show aimed at showcasing the contributions of Black and Multicultural individuals and businesses in Simcoe County. The primary method of achieving this purpose is through recommendations from the community to the selection committee of SEMBA, culminating in the award ceremony. Under the eligibility criteria, the awards will follow the established selection, awarding, and recognition process.
