Join us on a 5 week journey for you to connect to yourself and others in communities all over the country. This online community is offered virtually via Zoom. Each class is recorded just in case you aren’t able to attend it live!
At a time where we are needing connection the most we are offering an opportunity to be in the presence of like minded individuals who also want to live their best lives.
This journey will take you to places your mind, body and soul crave. Our teachers are passionate and dedicated to give you tips, tool, and techniques to elevate your self care. And this month we are offering even more ways for you to share space via our online workshops, classes, and events by teaming up with a local businesses and non-profit.
Each member will receive the perk of a free 90 minute float at Float8 ($90 value)here in South Florida and an option to DONATE your membership fee towards feeding families in need through WiseTribe.
Keeping joy & the spirit of play alive Real Connections is excited to host Lee Coulter for a live acoustic performance, August 28th, 7PM EST for all you members!
Originally from Brisbane, Australia and based in San Diego since 2006, he uses the combined power of lyrics and music to promote the idea that conscious connection is what separates humanity from the rest of the matter in the universe. He has spoken to audiences about this at multiple TEDx events, as one of his songs suggests, “Stardust and forces of attraction, that’s all we are.”

Guided Creative Meditation
Amanda Collins will guide workshop participants through simple rhythmic drawing techniques to create a mandala - a sacred form of circular art which can be used as a powerful tool for meditation and creative self expression.
This workshop’s ultimate goal is to encourage creativity - without fear of judgment - and aims to empower and inspire those wishing to bring art into their lives via this immediately accessible technique regardless of prior art experience. Fun for all ages!

Embodied Yoga as Therapy
Join Jax Burbage in this all levels yoga practice to explore the many layers that make you YOU! This embodiment practice will encourage a self inquiry journey through different elements used from an understanding of yogic principles and tools, such as breath awareness + meditation.
This session is for new or seasoned practitioners who have an open mind and curious spirit.
Supported by science and medical research this offering helps to relax the mind so the body can heal and the human being can be present to live life with more ease and grace.

Clutter to Clarity
In this 60 min class, we will explore the depths of clutter in the garage!
The garage can be the “saving grace” for the whole house depository.But over time, we tend to neglect this voluminous space and alas, it becomes a huge space for junk collecting.In our class, we’ll take a step by step approach to taking on this large space of our home- transforming from CLUTTER to CLARITY(and we might make space for your car to fit, too!!!)

Eat the Rainbow
In this interactive workshop we will discuss the amazing properties of the foods in each color group on the phytonutrient spectrum. Consider this a colorful eating 101!
We will dive in to red, yellow, orange, green, blue/purple, and white/tan foods and discuss the health benefits and the specific healing compounds for each group. We will also discuss ways to incorporate more color into our daily eating routines to enhance wellness and vitality through specific suggestions and simple recipe offerings. Get ready to eat the rainbow!

THE WORTHSHOP: Hypnosis for Increased Self Worth and Well Being
We create the life we subconsciously believe we deserve. A great life is not so much the result of our big life decisions as we may think, but it is actually more often a result of all our small, daily efforts combined. Most of these seemingly small, daily choices are made when we're on autopilot, and so they are difficult to change unless we speak directly to the subconscious mind.
Hypnosis does exactly that, initiating a conversation between our conscious self and the less conscious, habitual self. It is a communication channel to our deeper beliefs about ourselves, making it possible to increase our sense of self worth, confidence, and well being.

A Guided Reflection Practice on areas of your life that require nourishment, but often are overlooked or forgotten.
Participants will unlock their own intuitive wisdom on how to move towards feeling confident in reclaiming these areas of their life. During the session you will fill out an activity to help you gain clarity on what areas need your attention.

Where is my Willpower?
In this hands-on workshop, Kristin helps participants dig deep and uncover their willpower, discipline, and motivation to achieve their health, weight loss, and any goal in life. Through guided exercises, we will pull back the curtains of fear, resistance, and "laziness" and unveil our motivation to do anything we want! While the topics of discussion will include fitness and healthy eating, the tools you'll learn can apply to all challenges in our life: relationships, work, family, and more!

Kriya is a combination of repetitive movement, mantra, and/or breath, and it creates a moving meditation that facilitates energy movement as well as evolution on the level of the body, mind, and soul. Sheree Grace will teach you a practice of kriya to help you to refine your sensory perception, calm and stabilize your nervous systems, and expand consciousness, in addition to reducing fear, anxiety, and stress.
