Adjusting your hat, you take a deep breath and enter the hall. You're immediately offered a barrel-aged classic cocktail while admiring the outfits of the other guests, and the film crews and photographers shooting the event. Among the fantastic vintage vehicles scattered throughout the reception hall, 7 famous chefs from throughout Canada (some of them Food Network stars) have expertly prepared their own dishes for you to try. After some more cocktails and charcuterie, you're whisked into the main dinner hall - Boomtown itself.
