(POSTPONED) Jay Park 2019 World Tour SEXY 4EVA in Asia - Hong Kong
Many thanks for reaching out.
Jay Park Hong Kong show was postponed in September earlier this year. Due to some technical errors and limitations of our ticketing provider Universe, we were unable to make the message clear while granting our beloved ticket holders the rights to keep their tickets and attend the new event once the new date & venue are decided. Universe can only deactivate all tickets and cancel the event, postponement is not an option on the Universe platform.
We have been working closely with Universe and Ticketmaster hoping to solve this issue as soon as possible.
In the time being, please be advised that Jay Park Hong Kong show will not take place on 7 Dec, the show is postponed until further notice. Jay Park has promised to be back in Hong Kong to complete the tour. Please stay tuned! We hope to have good news for you very soon! 😊
You may wish to keep your tickets for the new event, the same tier / cat will be honoured and you will be automatically enrolled to a competition to win free Jay Park merch items. Winners will be announced shortly after the new date & venue are released.
Thank you very much for your kind support and understanding, we are most grateful.
