**We will contact you via email in the months before the festival with a link to select your additional merchandise items. Items will be shipped directly to your mailing address 1-2 weeks prior to the festival.

Q: What does the Pass of the Maggots include?
A: By purchasing a Pass of the Maggots, you will have early entry General Admission access to any and every show of your choosing for the North American leg of Slipknot’s 25th Anniversary Tour announced on April 29th 2024. You will need to request your shows ahead of time via our reservation system. You will have early entry access - this will allow you to enter the venue ahead of the standard General Admission entry.
Q: How do I reserve my spot at shows?
A: As the tour approaches, we will contact you via our reservation system to see if your plans have changed. You will have up to 10 days before a show to reserve your spot. Guests without reservations will be denied entry at the door.
Q: I purchased a Pass of the Maggots. How do I get access to the shows I want to go?
We will be in touch via email as we get closer to both the 25th Anniversary Tour and Knotfest Iowa to confirm which event(s) you would like to attend. For any show you wish to attend, you must make a reservation ahead of time. You may request a reservation for a specific show no later than 10 days ahead of a show’s date. You will receive an email in the coming months with instructions on how to create and edit your reservations.
Q: How will I receive my Pass of the Maggots laminate?
A: Your Pass of the Maggots laminate will be available for pickup at the first show you attend.
Q: Can someone else use my Pass of the Maggots?
A: No! The Pass of the Maggots is strictly non-transferable and if resold will be revoked. You will be asked to present valid identification at entry to verify your legal name matches the name on your laminate.
Q: Can I use my Pass of the Maggots to attend a festival, for example Rocklahoma in Pryor, OK?
A: No. The Pass of the Maggots may not be used for festivals other than Knotfest Iowa or any other Slipknot appearance not included in the North American leg of the Here Comes the Pain 25th Anniversary Tour announced on April 29th 2024.
Q: Is there a purchase limit?
A: Yes, the Pass of the Maggots has been capped at TWO (2) per purchase. If you purchase two Passes of the Maggots, you will receive two laminates. One laminate will be in the name of the purchaser, and one will be in the name of whomever you choose to assign it to at the time of purchase.
Q: I want to give the Pass of the Maggots as a gift to a friend or family member.
A: If you are purchasing a Pass of the Maggots as a gift for someone, it is very important that you complete the order with the other person’s name, as this is the name that will be used for their laminate. For questions, please contact slipknotvip@superfan.live.
Q: How will I receive my one (1) autographed limited-edition lemon vinyl copy of the 1999 album “Slipknot”?
A: Your Pass of the Maggots One (1) autographed limited-edition lemon vinyl copy of the 1999 album “Slipknot” will be available for pickup at the first show you attend.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Packages are open to all ages. Guests under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. All package purchasers will be contacted 3-5 days prior to the event date with the event schedule, check-in location, time and instructions on where to pick up package inclusions. Such information will be sent by slipknotvip@superfan.live to the e-mail address and telephone number provided at the time of purchase. If you have not received this 3 days before the show, please contact us immediately slipknotvip@superfan.live. VIP ticket purchasers will receive communications to their provided email address before the event, offering them the opportunity to select a merchandise item. By purchasing a package, you 1) consent to receive these communications 2) agree to provide a mailing address if you choose a merchandise item and 3) acknowledge that your customer information, including email addresses and mailing addresses provided for merchandise delivery, will be shared with the artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue, or any other affiliated parties as necessary to fulfill the VIP package inclusions. There will be no partial or full refund given if the ticket holder does not open Superfan’s email, select a merchandise item, or provide a mailing address. In the event that no additional merchandise choices are made, Superfan reserves the right to make merchandise selections on the ticket holder’s behalf. You must bring a valid photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on this order to the event. Guests who cannot present a photo ID matching the purchaser’s name on the order will be turned away. You may be required to sign a waiver and release of liability. By purchasing a package, you consent to have your photograph taken at the event. These images will appear in a collective album that will be visible by other event attendees. Certain images may be shared by Superfan, the photographer, and/or the artist for promotional purposes. Events, dates, venue location, inclusions, merchandise, package programs, and amenities may vary market-by-market and are subject to change and cancellation at any time. All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, resales, or transfers will be permitted. All package elements will be rendered invalid if resold or transferred. Please note this offer is not valid if this ticket was purchased via Fan to Fan Resale. Partial attendance at a single day event or multiple-day event is not eligible for a refund. The artist, tour promoter, ticketing company, venue and any other affiliated parties reserve the right to sell additional items not currently listed, including but not limited to single day tickets or additional packages, at their sole discretion. The artist, tour, promoter, ticketing company, venue or any other affiliated parties are not responsible for outdated or inaccurate information provided by the guest at the time of purchase which may result in undelivered product.
