Attorneys and Law Students, join us on August 19th as Staff Attorney Rachel Van Tyle covers the basics of Naturalization casework in preparation for the Clinic's August 20th Naturalization Day - a one-day volunteer event. Rachel will be instructing on how to interpret questionnaires, in addition to preparing the following: N-400 forms, G28 forms, disability forms, (RFE) Request For Evidence forms, and fee waivers.
We are offering this course for free to those willing: to volunteer their services at the August 20th Naturalization Day or take 1 DACA or Naturalization case referral upon completion of this CLE.

About the Presenter:
Rachel Van Tyle practices at the Neighborhood Christian Legal Clinic and focuses on immigration. She assists clients with adjusting status, family reunification, deferred action, asylum, and naturalization. Van Tyle earned her B.S. from Xavier University and her J.D. from Northern Kentucky University Salmon P. Chase College of Law. She serves as the Pro Bono Liaison for the Indiana Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and recently became a co-chair of the Welcoming Indianapolis Taskforce.
