Group Booking Information:
We understand that booking a large number of tickets is not always a quick exercise, therefore we are here to make every effort to help.
As Leaders Lounge is an online event, each attendee will be required to receive a unique link prior to the event starting. In order for this to happen each ticket must be assigned to a unique email.
The following steps will assist with your group booking process.
From the dropdown menu on the ticket purchase site, please select the exact number of tickets you wish to purchase.
On the registration page, you will be required to assign each ticket with a first name, last name, email address, phone number and company.
If you do not have all names and email addresses at the time of purchase, you can self-populate this data to confirm your group booking before returning at a later stage to edit your booking information.
One week out from the event, you will be required to have all ticket information up to date to ensure each attendee receives their personal link for the live event. This can be done via the below:
You can edit your ticket information byclicking on the ‘my tickets’ tab in the top right corner of your universe account.
You will then update each ticket within your account with an updated first name, last name and email address.
