We're creating the next wave of infused dining, so for our second dinner we're teaming up with a couple of fellow forward-thinkers to help create a more positive, ethical and sustainable blueprint for the future of high class dining: Toronto's plant-based chef champ, Matt Ravenscroft of Rosalinda, and avant-garde architecture studio, Partisans.
No white table cloths. No gut-bustingly rich tasting menus. No stuffy dining rooms.
Just 4 courses of plant-forward, Latin inspired, feel-good dining, where you'll be encouraged to explore Partisans newly opened studio, interact with each other, and get hands-on with each dish in an immersive food playground created by two of the city's most forward-thinking chefs, and designed by the architects of some of Toronto's most iconic and playful spaces.
This one's going to be fun.

Course 1 - Eat your Greens
Matt and Ted's edible centrepiece, Birch-glazed mushrooms, Ontario Root Vegetables, Charred Pear, Ontario Apple-sunflower vinaigrette
Course 2 - Hot Pockets
Zucchini flower Tamales, Huitlacoche + Charred Onion Corn Gordita, Avocado Guasacaca, Salsa Ajvar
Course 3 - Build It and They Will Come
Blazed Whole Salt-Baked Squash, Cauliflower, Celeriac, Ontario Corn Tortillas, Wild Herb salad, Charred Cabbage Slaw, Sikil Pak, Sweet Pickled Onion, Holy Trinity of Salsas: Cruda, Macha, & Spicy Blackberry.
Course 4 - Mount Churro
Sweet potato and buckwheat churros mountain, Matcha white chocolate, Dulce de leche, Roasted pineapple and lime salsa
We're all about creating normalised, inclusive culinary experiences surrounded by the plant, whether you're into it or not. Therefore if you want to just come and taste amazing food in a truly unique setting without infusion, we're absolutely fine with that. We can also accomodate any dietary requirements you have.

The studio that believes beauty emerges when design misbehaves. Specialising in the integration of design and technology, invention and programming, and culture and creativity; Partisans are responsible for strikingly unique restaurant designs such as Bar Raval, Quetzal and Gusto 501, and a range of award-winning large local and international architectural projects. Hosting us in their newly designed creative hub, you'll be able to explore their works as they showcase what what they're all about. About Matt Ravenscroft
Plants are the hero's of any dish in Matt's mind, and we tend to agree. His mission to elevate plant-based cooking is centred on the belief that the future of healthy, ethical, sustainable dining isn't about plants masquerading as meat, but about celebrating them as the focal point of any meal. This philosophy, coupled with an extensive culinary training and travels, translates into some of the city's best vibrant feel-good Mexican food as Head Chef at Rosalinda. Having worked together at The Drake, the Matt and Ted are bringing their collective knowledge of plant-forward gastronomy together to create a hands-on communal menu you won't forget quickly.
