This class will teach you how to turn cow milk into more nutritious and healthy food!
The experience includes:
Discussion about food fermentation and its many benefits
Demo and sampling of probiotic-rich dairy foods such as kefir, and of course, eggnog!
A take-home bottle of kefir eggnog
We will also serve boozy eggnog to our guests 21 and older!
