In this panel discussion, we talk to industry experts Max Henderson (Co-Founder, Hotpod Yoga) & Phil Coxon (MD Europe,
who have successfully taken brands into new markets, reaching new and greater audiences. We will dive into the strategies that helped to build a larger brand presence and the learnings that came along the way.
3.00 - 4pm: Influencers & organic content
Supported by industry specialist in social media and influencer management, Fab Giovanetti (Founder, Create Impact Co.), this practical session will uncover effective tactics for brands to utilise when using these all-important channels. This workshop aims to equip you with the tools to plan, execute and secure an authentic, organic presence across these channels.

We will look at practical ways in which you can ensure your brand identity matches your ethos - after all, the way your brand looks is as important as the way your brand behaves!
SARAH BROWN - FOUNDER, PAI SKINCAREFounded by Sarah Brown in 2007, Pai has become the premium choice for those who’ve tried everything in their search for skin confidence. After developing Chronic Urticaria in her mid-twenties, Sarah retrained in cosmetic formulation and developed organic skincare brand, Pai.
Pai employs 40 staff and exports to over 50 countries worldwide, with 150 trade accounts and 7 localised websites covering Europe, North America, Asia and Australasia. The cult range has garnered praise from beauty editors, Hollywood makeup artists and A-list stars, and counts Natalie Portman, Emma Watson and Léa Seydoux among its biggest fans.
Before Pai, Sarah was International PR Manager for E&J Gallo Wines in California having previously managed communications for leading brands such as Nike and Barclaycard. She has appeared as a business commentator on BBC News, Newsnight, CNBC and in The Daily Telegraph, Guardian and Financial Times.
MAX HENDERSON - CO-FOUNDER, HOT POD YOGAHotpod Yoga was launched with a simple mission: to reinvent yoga for the modern world. Now an international brand, Hotpod has taken yoga out of its niche and into the lives of millions of people previously untouched by (or uninterested in) yoga. In 2012 Lily Simpson set out to show people that healthy food doesn’t have to be restrictive, boring, or tasteless.
She spearheaded the healthy food movement in London with the launch of Detox Kitchen, creating a market for home delivery of freshly prepared healthy meals. Now, Detox Kitchen has grown to a multi-million pound business, run by women, with more than 50 staff, a home delivery service serving more than a million meals a year, two delis, a corporate catering service, concessions at Selfridges and Planet Organic, a commercial kitchen and HQ in Soho.

software company for the automotive sector, helping them scale across Europe. Before
that Phil worked at Criteo, a global leader in commerce marketing, looking after global
sales strategy as the company grew from $50M to $2.3B in revenue.
