Led by artisan bakers John DiPuccio and Jesse Bonney, students will get a hands-on introduction to making some of the pastry world’s fanciest doughs.
In this class, you will:
learn the basics of baking bread, and
the history and types of rich doughs
make your own Brioche, from scratch!
