Come and join us for a wonderful day of fabulous food stalls featuring authentic local products; a comprehensive collection of East Coast wines, spirits, beers and cider; a funky live music program that is sure to please and the ever popular Vintage Surfboard Exhibition! In addition there will also be lots of interactive and delicious opportunities within our 2018 Food and Wine Master classes, including:
Friday 6:30pm - Master Patissier, Gustavo, will lead a hands on Macaron Master Class in the Community Hall’s new commercial kitchen
Saturday 11am - Hands on Japanese cooking class with well known chef David Quon
Saturday 12:30pm - Taste some of the East Coast Finest Wines with respected author and wine judge, Phil Laing
Saturday 2pm - Well known chef and restaurateur, Terry Fidler will take you through some French classics with plenty of tasting
Early Bird Special! Buy your tickets prior to Midnight, 31st October and you can go into a draw for a helicopter ride for 3 people to be taken on the day! *
