Description
The Broadleaf Writers Association will host the Fourth Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference September 21-22, 2019, at the Cobb Galleria at the intersection of I-75 and I-285 in Atlanta, Georgia. Once again featuring an all-star cast of talented writers, agents, editors, and sessions packed with insightful information and experience, our conference will offer you all that you need to refine and improve your craft, and get you on the road toward publication!
This year, to go along with our stellar schedule of panels on various areas of the craft, we’re adding a series of workshops for both days to give you an opportunity to put pen to paper (or fingers to keyboards!), gather more resources, and to get some writing done!
Attending a writing conference is an opportunity to invest in yourself as a writer, to learn from experts, and to become a part of a community of writers that inspire, uplift and support one another!
With your registration, you receive access to all sessions of the 4th Annual Broadleaf Writers Conference (If you select the One-Day pass it is for Saturday, September 21st only) and you will be able to schedule a one-on-one with a Literary Agent! If you're not sure who you'd like to meet when you register, visit our One-on-One page later for more information, select your agent preference, and email us with your choice! Sessions fill quickly, so don't miss out on your chance to meet the agent or publisher representative of your choice! And if you are interested in submitting the first page of your manuscript for our First Pages Critique, follow the instructions found here!Featured Authors: Angie Thomas, Becky Albertalli, Nic Stone, Denene Milner, Collin Kelley, Roger Johns, Xhenet Aliu, Soniah Kamal, Julian Winters, Emily Carpenter, Christopher Swann, and more!
