Join us on Wednesday, February 28th between 6 and 9PM at Avanti F&B, a collective eatery for a cross country food bar with locally-sourced produce and grains and sustainable seafood choices from oysters to crab prepared by The Regional.
Contributions from stellar local producers like Seattle Fish Company, Leopold Brothers, Emmi Roth, Elevation Charcuterie and Artisan Meats, Odell Brewing Co, Fortuna Chocolate, drinks from Esprit Du Vin and many more to come!
Silent auction items from Bad Axe Throwing, Cook Street School of Culinary Arts, Colorado Mills Sunflower Oil, Mile High Fungi, FIT36 and Lithic Foods will be available to win!
