Description
Employers with Kentucky Workforce - Are you struggling to finding skilled talent for your open positions? If so, then you will want to ATTEND this very important talent alignment event. The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM), in-conjunction with multiple business and economic development partners throughout the state, have conducted the 2017 Bridging the Talent Gap Kentucky Survey to identify skills shortages in the state of Kentucky and potential ways to address them. The data results of this survey will help Kentucky educational and training providers to better understand skills gaps, workforce and education needs. The survey results will also help our partnerships with the Kentucky Center for Education and Workforce Statistics (KCEWS), the State's longitudinal data system and the Kentucky Community and Technical College System College System (KCTCS) to provide even more richness to the robust data sets.
If you would like to hear more about the survey results and why it is so important for Kentucky businesses please plan to attend this important event!
Thank you to our Survey Supporters
