Class Description
Yoni steaming is an age-old, tried and true practice for people with wombs to take care of their bodies. In this informative and empowering meeting we will discuss the myriad benefits that vaginal steaming provides, including: relieving menstrual pain, fertility concerns, infection, postpartum, discomfort, and aging. We will demonstrate how to set up your own personal session using our own yoni steam blends, made from all organic and sustainably harvested herbs. We are here to answer all your questions and concerns regarding this deeply therapeutic ritual.
Bios:
Heidi Smith, MA, RH (AHG) holds a master's in clinical mental health counseling, completed the 3-year clinical herbal studies program at Arbor Vitae School of Traditional Herbalism, and is accredited as a registered herbalist with the American Herbalist's Guild. Her practice blends psycho-spiritual therapy, flower essences, and herbal medicine to address the multifaceted aspects of disease, with an emphasis on mental and emotional wellness. She is the co-owner of Spirit Shop in Brooklyn.
Deborah Bagg, LMHC is a doula, yoga teacher, and licensed clinical mental health counselor with a master’s degree in somatic psychotherapy from Naropa University. Her therapy practice is a multidisciplinary approach to health and wellness, using flower essences and sacred feminine wisdom traditions to support your unique process. She completed her Vaginal steaming Certification with Keli Garza. She is the owner of Juniper Yoga and healings arts and co-owner of Spirit Shop with Heidi Smith. Her teachings are geared towards creating spaciousness, skilled awareness, and heart awakening.
