Description
Join us for our annual 200-Hr Vinyasa Yoga certification training emphasizing creative & intelligent sequencing, the chakra system, philosophy, mythology & mantra. Study with Light On Lotus founder Kate Duyn and senior teacher Vance Vlasek. In addition to a full and well-rounded curriculum, you will get the valuable hours of practice teaching and guidance needed to find your voice as a teacher. Following completion of the certification, trainees have the opportunity to continue their yoga education through mentor-ships with current Light On Lotus teachers and get in-studio practice teaching and resume building through community classes.
This training will be our third hybrid-style teacher training since the start of the pandemic with a limited number of in-person spaces in our open air studio and an online only offering streamed simultaneously, recordings will be made available as well. A non-refundable deposit of $250 is required to hold your space for in-person enrollment.

The cost of the 200Hr Teacher Training includes: 200 hours of teacher training from Light On Lotus faculty and guest teachers, Teacher Training Manual, unlimited classes at Light On Lotus during the duration of the 200-hr TT (in-person or online), access to mentoring from a current member of the Light On Lotus teaching team, & 10% discount on retail in the LOL boutique.
