Held in-person and with limited availability via Zoom Please keep in mind that learning in-person is always the preference. This new online offering is ideally for those who are non-local, immune-compromised, or absolutely unable to attend in person. If you live locally to Boulder please make an effort to at least attend in person on the first day (the day where you receive your mantra). You must attend all 4 sessions each session runs approximately 2 hrs Note: time is in Mountain Standard Time. YDM doorfront is next to Twig Salon and FoodLab. Parking •Meter parking right in front of the studio. •Across the street on Pearl is free all day. •Neighborhood parking is 3 hrs free (I usually park on 19th St or Spruce) •On Pearl st btw 19th & 20th is 2 hrs free •Sunday free parking everywhere
