"WEBB Party: Stayin' Alive"
Aztec Theater, San Antonio, TX 78205, USA
“American Idol” superstar Ada Vox will headline the San Antonio AIDS Foundation (SAAF)’s signature Fiesta San Antonio® event on Friday, April 19, 7-11 p.m. at the historic Aztec Theatre, 104 N. St. Mary’s Street.
“WEBB Party: Stayin’ Alive” will celebrate the glittering and glamorous Disco Era of the 1970s, transforming the theater into the hottest dance club since Studio 54. The theme also emphasizes SAAF’s commitment to life through its mission of preventing the spread of HIV and providing comprehensive services to those affected by HIV/AIDS.
The party will feature multiple full-service open bars for all guests (alcoholic beverages for 21 and over only), cuisine tastings by some of San Antonio’s top chefs and restaurants, a spectacular performance by Ada Vox, a fabulous drag show revue and other live entertainment, high-energy dance music by DJ Cobweb of the Bonham Exchange, colorful costumes, Disco Era celebrity lookalikes - and Fiesta’s most diverse, fun-loving crowd.
Glamorous and shimmering disco attire is encouraged!
General admission tickets are $75 ($65 for students and military). VIP tickets are $175 and include a multitude of special perks, including a private party room and entrance, catered food, a WEBB Party Fiesta medal and a meet-and-greet with Ada Vox.
Cut-off for all pre-sale general admission and VIP tickets will be 11:59 p.m. Thursday, April 18. If the event doesn’t sell out before then, unsold general admission tickets will be available at the door the night of the party for $90, as long as they last. Unsold VIP tickets will also be available for $175 at the door, as long as they last. (We encourage buying here online, however, as quantities are limited.)
Ages 18 and up may attend the WEBB Party. A valid photo I.D. is required to gain entry the night of the event – no exceptions. This includes proof of military and student status for the discounted general admission tickets.
Net proceeds benefit SAAF's crucial programs and services, including free HIV and syphilis testing, our onsite HIV outpatient clinic and pharmacy, a 365-day-per-year hot meals program for needy people living with HIV, educational presentations, client case management, healthcare referrals, transitional housing and more.
