This month’s supper club is all about giving thanks… to the harvest, to local farmers and of course to caffein! Without this trifecta we would not be able to do what we do and dedicate this supper club to them.The featured ingredient for October’s Happy Harvest is Station Cold Brew, a hand crafted and bottled coffee drink/concentrate made by infusing beans with cold water for 18 hours in small batches. We’ll be using the multi-use concentrate to create a delicious dessert you won’t want to miss.Vegan Menu
Introduction Course: Russet Apple Ravioli tossed in a Cauliflower Creme, Toasted Hazelnut, Fried Sage and Crystallized Maple
Second Course: Heirloom Tomato and Sesame Crusted Galette piped with Cashew Mousse and clipped Chive
Main Course: Smoked Pumpkin and Poblano Soup served Le Puy Lentils and Prairie Boy Crostini
Dessert: Chocolate Filled Cinnamon Beignet topped with Pear & Station Cold Brew caramel Glaze
Coffee, tea, sparkling and flat water included.The event begins at 7pm and dinner will start at 7:20pm or when most of the guests have arrived.No alcohol will be served onsite; if you choose to bring wine/beer, don't drink and drive.{About Vegan Supper Clubs}We host a monthly themed Vegan Supper Club in our second level loft kitchen.What's a Supper Club you ask? Think of it as an informal dinner party meant to encourage guests to mingle, share and celebrate food. Events are 19+, complimentary sparkling and flat water will be provided.Are they always Vegan? Yes. We want people to feel included in the discussion around food, culture and the arts and feel making these events vegan will allow more guests to participate.
