Level up your research practice.
We started #UXRConf for one reason: to create the world’s best place to grow as a researcher.#UXRConf 2020 Program
Wednesday, June 3, 2020 - Workshops
Sometimes, 30 minute talks just aren’t enough to deep dive into a topic - you need more time. For research’s most important subjects, it’s best to spend a full day immersed in the material and getting your hands dirty to develop a real feel for the subject matter.
On Wednesday, June 3, we’ll be hosting five independently run workshops facilitated by some of the world’s most capable research leaders and specialists. Expect each facilitator to spend time with you, learning about your experience and helping you level up in an intimate setting of 30-50 participants.
Thursday, June 4, 2020 - Tracks
As researchers we have a lot in common: a natural curiosity, the ability to build relationships with others, and the drive to think critically about new ideas. At the same time, we have varied experiences, interests, and professional goals that make us all unique. On Thursday, June 4, you get to express that uniqueness by choosing to attend one of our five tracks. From discussing what it’s like to evolve research as a leader, to research being done on the frontiers (robots, anyone?), there’s a track for everyone.
Thursday, June 4, 2020 - #UXRConf Social
Get to know your fellow attendees, #UXRConf 2020 speakers and sponsors, and the UXR Collective team in a fun and relaxed environment at our first ever #UXRConf Social. A free pass to the #UXRConf Social is included with the purchase of any #UXRConf ticket.
Friday, June 5, 2020 - Main Stage
On Friday, June 5, Roy Thomson Hall will have, by far, the highest concentration of UX researchers in the world. Ten talks will be shared on the main stage, each of which are applicable and engaging to a broad range of research practitioners. Here, we’ll be highlighting talks that get to the heart of who we are and how we work as researchers.
