His Knowledge, Enthusiasm and Passion for our games is second to none which helps him to get the best out of every group he coaches. This mainly Practical observation Session will look at a much talked about phrase in Gaelic Football on ‘Transitioning from Defence to Attack’ and how in game time you can execute with real pace to enable your Team to get rich rewards at the opposite end of the field.
Practical 2 - Attacking Principles in The Modern Game

Presenter: Micheal McDermott
Micheal, a native of County Cavan, is one of the most successful Club Managers/Coaches in modern times. He has win County titles in Cavan, Clare, Limerick and Meath as well as bringing Kilmurry Ibrickane (Clare) to the All-Ireland Club Final in 2010.
This Practical Observation Session will focus on: - The new proposed rules and how they will impact our game. - Transitioning into scoring areas at pace. - Creating space for attackers to break lines and beat a blanket defence / sweeper system. - Aggressive Defending but most importantly Aggressive Attacking. - Support play.
