Winter is truffle season! The harvesters are out picking in Italy and right here in BC. Join Chef Robin Kort for a three course online cooking class highlighting these magical beauties. You can keep it simple and use bought fresh noodles and truffle oils or you can go all the way and source your own fresh truffles and hand make the pasta with Chef Robin. At heart, these are simple recipes, because the key to making delicious truffle dishes is in letting the truffle be the star of the show, minimizing other ingredients and focusing on texture and perfect culinary balance. So celebrate by making a magical truffle three course for your loved one. Recipes are released Feb 1st, so you can start cooking and a live zoom session Q&A with chef and a truffle talk will be held on Valentine's day Sunday morning.

Cooking videos for the three course with Chef Robin will be released Feb 1st, so that any keeners can start recipe testing. The live event is on Valentine's day Sunday morning, chef will join you for a 1 hour Live Q&A and truffle discussion to start you off. Bring any recipe or truffle questions to her and then start cooking your 3 course for two.
Specific truffles used are subject to availability. Chef will check the market the week before and pick up some truffles depending on what's available. You can use fresh truffles or truffle oil if you don't have access to fresh for these recipes. Class includes product recommendations for the best truffle ingredients.
