Chef Katia Scarano truly embodies the heart and art of Italian cooking. Born and raised in Mottola, Italy, she has brought her talents with her to Atlanta, and is going to share her family favorites with you. This hands on class will feature a menu of Zucchini Scapace, Roasted Pepper Salad, and Tomatoes Au Gratin appetizers, second course of Homemade Orecchiette with Broccoli and Sausage in a spicy, garlicky, olive oil based sauce, Braciole in Tomato Sauce, and Cannoli for dessert. Italian wines will be showcased with dinner. $79 per person.
