Description
The Great Canadian Fitness Festival “FitFest” is here to provide
an unintimidating environment for adults of any age or fitness level to
come and try new types of physical activity that is available to them.
We will be implementing this by having vendors provide fun trials, group
classes, timed events and professional examples of what can be
achieved. There will be a schedule of events taking place throughout the
weekend that attendees can sign up for, drop in to or just watch and
learn. This enables attendees to receive new and positive experiences of
a variety of different disciplines in a cost effective manner. There
will also be booths that will showcase active wear, fitness supplies,
other sports, health products, wellness services, food and beverages. On
stage demonstrations and guided large group classes will be held
throughout the day lead by some of the most talented fitness leaders
Canada has to offer. The lineup for on stage speakers will include
sports therapists, psychologists and nutritionists.
