For the October edition of Taste Tuesdays, we are bringing something truly special! A Taste of Sydney Collective presented by Electrolux TAKEOVER.
In celebration of Taste Collective coming to Barangaroo this November (8-11 November), Mark Best, curator of the Electrolux Collective Kitchen, is giving you a sneak peak of what to expect with not only one but FOUR chefs - Brent Savage (Cirrus Dining), Palisa Anderson (Boon Cafe & Chat Thai), Jerry Mai (Annam, Melbourne) and Clayton Wells (Automata & A1 Canteen).The five chefs collectively will be cooking up a real storm at Cirrus Dining!
