Chef Agustin Balbi of HAKU launches the first edition of our new dining series Taste Tuesdays in breath-taking style with a menu curated from the freshest of seasonal ingredients flown in on the day.
HAKU's diverse innovative Japanese tasting menu will take you on a journey through Japan's blooming regions, savoring rich and exquisite flavors across 6 courses.
Chef Balbi has infused his own personal touches into the creation of HAKU's summer fruits menu - from his South American roots to years spent honing his skills in Japan.
Ticket includes canapés, a six-course tasting menu, and two cocktails.
