Sync 101 – an introduction to Sync Licensing for Rights Holders
The annual LA Sync Mission enables record label and music publishing executives, songwriters, composers, artists and managers to benefit from a unique insight into the operation of the lucrative sync licensing market in the US. Tim Bern (Head of New Markets and Education at DISCO)
Tim is the Head of New Markets and Education at DISCO.ac. He helped launch DISCO in Los Angeles in 2016 and has grown the user base to become the sync industry standard for music supervisors and rights holders to manage catalogs, search, send and receive files (and a lot more).
Tim's role, training thousands of professionals to use DISCO, has provided a wealth of practical experience, knowledge, and wide-ranging relationships from the frontline of the music and media industries. He recently published the School of DISCO - an in depth set of courses and articles for DISCO mastery!
