Join Sustainable Connections and talented local chefs as we showcase the season in a 7 course, family style hold-no-stops fundraising brunch. Local farmers and fishers will be providing the freshest and the best of their summer bounty so that the chefs with the NW Washington Chef's Collaborative can prepare a 100% local feast. This fundraiser event will help to continue the dedicated education, support and training to new farmers through Sustainable Connections Food to Bank On program and build upon the Chef’s Collaborative goals of connecting with local producers, through Farmer/Chef Mentor-ships, and open up capacity for involvement with chefs in schools education.In addition, our bartender will work his magic to create a fresh peach Bellini and a Bloody Mary bar with fresh pressed signature mixer! One specialty cocktail is included in your ticket, additional libations may be purchased at our no-host bar. And feel free to add a juice flight to your ticket and sample 5 fresh pressed juices thoughtfully paired with courses.We'll have some fun at the food-centric silent auction table with donations from local food related businesses and a chance to try your luck at the wine wall, you may get a gem of a vintage for just $15.Live music, a truly rustic chic atmosphere, friends and community will all be present. This is a farm-to-table event you won't want to miss. Your ticket includes 7 courses*, a drink from the bar and an amazing experience.*We will take care to consider dietary restrictions but not all courses will accommodate all diets.
