It's Time To Eat at King Street
We've all been imagining a meal at King Street Station for long enough. On Thursday August 24, on the plaza beneath the stars, MarketShare is making it happen.
Summerfeast is a fundraiser that gathers people from around our community who want to see this vacant historic landmark turned into an international street food market that empowers immigrant and refugee food entrepreneurs by bringing a world of flavor under one roof.
Join us for a cocktail hour with appetizers by local immigrant-run restaurants, and dinner by renowned Seattle chef, Tamara Murphy, of Terra Plata.
Update: Attendees will now also have the chance to join tours of King Street Station and BorderLands, an art exhibit exploring themes of belonging and resistance presented by the Seattle Office of Arts & Culture.
