Do you have a workforce strategy to overcome today’s manufacturing industry challenges?
Join our exclusive cohort designed to help manufacturing businesses tackle their workforce challenges head-on. OMEP's Strategic Workforce Solutions includes an onsite organizational assessment, followed by four dynamic group sessions focusing on the entire employee lifecycle. In addition to the groups sessions, each company will work with an OMEP consultant for up to six individualized sessions to develop their workforce strategy plan.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND?
A minimum of 2 participants from each company is recommended (representation from Leadership and HR encouraged). Each company can register up to 5 participants. Supervisors, Managers, and Manufacturing Floor Employees are all welcome to attend.
START DATE: Classroom sessions starting September 10, 2024
TIME: 8:00 AM to Noon (Snacks & Beverages included)

SESSIONS:
Session 1 - Sept 10
Introduction to the employee lifecycle wheel which encompasses several key stages that employees go through during their time with an organization. Review of your organizational assessments and follow up discussion on how to utilize results to create a strategic workforce plan.
Session 2 - Oct 1
Look at recruiting and onboarding strategies to attract top talent, this will include effective recruiting methods and a thorough onboarding process. Examine the orientation process to ensure it helps new hires acclimate to your company culture.
Session 3 - Oct 15
Focus on becoming the employer of choice by cultivating talent. Explore career development opportunities, while reviewing best practices in rewards and benefits.
Session 4 - Oct 29
Dive into performance management and retention. Focus on managing employee performance utilizing data-driven insights, continuous improvement models, and problem-solving efforts.
