Description

Our annual candlelight program celebrating Advent, the Solstice, Christmas, and the coming of the New Year has become a highlight of our season. Featuring music and readings reflective of the season, this quiet hour is an opportunity to pause, reflect, and enjoy a moment of peace during this holiday season. This year’s program will include both traditional and contemporary musical works as well as diverse readings from ancient texts through contemporary literature. We will be presenting this program twice: December 10 at St. Luke's Episcopal Church in Alexandria, Virginia. (Information is available through St. Luke's website at stlukeschurch.net) December 22 at St. Francis Episcopal Church in Great Falls, Virginia.
