Programming Overview:
On par with the “soul realignment” theme of the retreat, our programming is ALL about getting you back in touch with what your soul really yearns for in this lifetime. This programming is so powerful for deep rejuvenation, no matter where you are in your journey. These sessions will create immense clarity and change, whether you’ve never felt further from your soul or you already feel like you’re living in alignment. Life only gets better and better as we deepen and expand!
The retreat’s programming consists of the following:
-A potent inner child communication hypnosis and visualization co-led by Haley and Adaire (Adaire is certified in hypnotherapy)
-The Inner Child Healing Slingshot Session on Friday - an in-person, in-depth, tapping/dance party all around healing the inner child! Our inner child holds many treasures and secrets for us to rediscover. Many believe that we were truly in touch with what we wanted to do/be when we were children. Bridging the gap between where we are now and where our inner child yearns to go can lead to deeper peace, transformational clarity, and profound external reality shifts. We’ll be identifying core wounds and releasing limiting beliefs that have distanced us from our inner knowing about our soul’s calling in this lifetime.
-The Soul Sync Slingshot Session on Saturday - an in-person, in-depth, tapping/dance party focused specifically on SOUL REALIGNMENT! We’ll be going DEEP in identification work to understand what panics the subconscious MOST about realigning with our soul’s calling and our soul’s way of life. This will help to uncover and heal the biggest blockages, wounds, and limiting beliefs that have led us into living out of alignment. When we live IN soul alignment, doors magically open for us and opportunities bloom like wildflowers.
-“It Gets To Be Even Better” Send-Off Slingshot Session. We’ll wrap up a beautiful weekend with Sunday’s affirmation-heavy, dance party centric slingshot session, which is all about expecting miracles and opening ourselves up to the most expansive and rewarding chapter of our lives yet. This session is based in the Abraham Hicks quote, “The Better it Gets, the Better it Gets”!
From these sessions and throughout the weekend, you can expect powerful visualizations, meditations, and realignments. Tarot reader and astrologer Swan will guide us through daily group energy readings with the opportunity for each participant to receive one personal reading over the course of the weekend.

We're thrilled to welcome our guests to the adorable Sugar Hill Inn in Sugar Hill, New Hampshire – a slice of Stars Hollow in the northeast. The entire property has been reserved for this experience so that we can welcome you to a quaint, intimate experience where all your needs (mind, body, and soul) are intentionally cared for.
Sugar Hill Inn is located amongst sprawling grounds and the stunning White Mountains, tucked away from the hecticness of our daily lives. In fact, the town of Sugar Hill has been ranked most idyllic New England town, creating the perfect backdrop for 4-days and 3-nights of "soul syncing". This nature-infused setting will allow us to disconnect from daily stressors and reconnect to our minds, bodies, and spirits while grounding ourselves in the fresh air, glorious sunsets, mountainside lakes, and fields of wildflowers.
You can expect a walk down Lovers Lane at the base of the White Mountains, a fulfilling hike through flower-filled trails, and an evening (or two) spent under a blanket of stars while we visualize our dream lives.
The Soul Sync Retreat includes:
3-nights at the quaint Sugar Hill Inn in rustically charming New Hampshire
All meals with an emphasis on healthy, spring-fresh ingredients (prepared by our very own private chef, and we can accomodate all dietary restrictions)
Daily meditations led by Haley to reinvigorate your soul

Soul Sync Pricing:
As we are booking the entire Sugar Hill Inn for an exclusive experience, you have access to three different ticket options each correlated to a specific room type on the property.
The Inn Experience for $2,600 includes all retreat activities and a cozy room in the main house with basic amentities such as queen beds, full baths, fireplaces (select rooms), and nature views. This experience will cover all your homey wants and needs in smaller rooms attached to the main house for plenty of facetime with other guests.
The Cottage Experience for $2,800 welcomes you to call a cottage your soul's oasis for the weekend in smaller guest-like houses next to the main inn. Amentities in these rooms include cozy fireplaces, stunning mountain and garden views, king beds, Nespresso and Bose Sound machines, and porches. These rooms are detached from the main house to up the private experience and wrap you in cottage-like quaintness.
Finally, the Suite Experience for $3,000 is the highest-tier option with a fully decked, fully cozy suite to call home. Sugar Hill's suites include a range of amentities such as king beds, private deck/porch (select rooms), soaking tubs, gas fireplaces, Bose music systems, and soul-nourishing views of gardens, forests, and mountains. This experience is a total treat for an attendee who wants to privately bask under the stars on the deck or have a cup of tea in front of a roaring fireplace.
Each room on the property comes with slightly different amenities from those listed above. You will be assigned specific rooms on a first come, first serve basis based on your ticket type. Please note we have a limited number of tickets at each tier, so we encourage timely purchases.
Payment Details:
A $2,000 deposit is due at the time of purchase and is non-refundable as this retreat is highly limited with a long waitlist. Your final payment will be paid by invoice 2 weeks before the retreat and is non-refundable at that time.
For those who want to pay for the retreat upfront, you will receive a $100 discount. To do so, checkout with your ticket option by paying the deposit through Universe. Our team will reach out with an invoice for the remainder to be paid within 24-hours or you forfeit the discount.
Travel:
Please note that airfare is not included in your ticket. Sugar Hill Inn is about 1.5 hours from Manchester-Boston Regional Airport (Manchester, NH) and 2.5 hours from Boston International Airport (Boston, MA).
We will work with individual attendees to discuss transport options from the airport, including a rental van we will provide during a specific time on Thursday and Sunday to align your flight schedule with. Parking will be available on the property for those traveling by car.
Soul Sync attendees must be 18+ at the time of purchase to attend. There is zero tolerance policy for smoking or illicit activities on the property. Attendees will be held liable for any room damages – please be respectful of yourself, neighbors, and venue!
