Soul Healing & Rejuvenation - One Day Workshop
University of Guelph
For many of us, patterns of negativity in our thoughts, feelings and behaviours - towards ourselves and others - can cause us to get in our own way. This often leads to self-sabotage in our relationships, health, well-being, finances and success.
Why does this happen and why do we do this to ourselves?
It happens because something is missing – part of your Soul!
During a mystical experience at Stonehenge it was revealed to Clayton that where there is negativity, there is trauma. When you experience a trauma on any scale, it creates a hole in your soul; part of your soul leaves and goes to a place in consciousness where it feels safe. In its place is all the negativity associated with the trauma.
However, what most of us don’t know is that spiritually, negativity is not negative. Negativity has a meaning, a message and a specific purpose!
On this workshop, you will discover the effects of negativity on the physical body, the mind, how it interacts with Spirit and impacts your life.
You are invited to join Clayton, the award winning author of The Ego's Code for this stand alone workshop where you will meet your spirit guides, cleanse your negativity and experience a soul retrieval to rejuvenate your soul.
In addition, you will discover:
What is negativity?
What is negativity’s true purpose?
How is negativity influencing your life?
Why do the same things keep happening?
How to use negativity as fuel for success.
The relationship between Negativity, your Ego and Creation
Who you are when you are living in flow.
8 steps to Living Your Truth, living in flow & creating your dream life!
EXERCISES & MEDITATIONS
During the workshop, I will guide you through a series of simple, yet powerful exercises and meditations to cleanse your negativity, release the blocks that get in your way and heal your Soul so you can create the life your Soul wants to live.
I will not be committing to a fixed schedule for this event, because I want you to experience being in a place where time stands still. What I will share with you is that this workshop will begin on Saturday morning at 10.00am and finish sometime on Saturday evening.
For the time in between, you are invited to let go, surrender, be still, and be present with you.
