We've heard this on repeat for the majority of our lives. However, this is the space to purposefully get in your feelings!
Whether we'd like to chuck it up to science or woo-woo, it is well-known that the body keeps the score of our experience and holds the wisdom of our truth. Yet, we are not always taught or encouraged to lean into what we feel and trust the messages coming through. Embodiment practice invites us to address what we're holding and to embrace that which we are living.
Together, we will practice mindfully leaning into particular emotions, thoughts, and sensations and explore everything that arises.
Some ways you will benefit from this practice include:
~Developing self-awareness and insight
~The ability to set clearer standards and boundaries
~The openness to form more meaningful connections with others
~A greater sense of empowerment to take charge of your own life
What you can expect:
We will take time to move and drop into our bodies with a specific intention that will vary from week to week. I will guide you through a mindfulness experience that is meant to reveal more of your inner story to you.
To truly see each other as a community, everyone will be required to show their lovely face. Sessions are not recorded. Sharing is optional but highly encouraged.
