Opening space for guided meditation, intention-setting, gentle movement, and restorative sound to keep our spirits high! For those who are interested in amplifying their meditation experience, we will prepare a very special CACAO-REISHI blend for the occasion. Reishi is know as the Mushroom of Immortality and has long been used to aid meditation. Cacao has a magical, heart-opening effect that is enhanced by sound.
