Santa’s coming Ho Ho Home to Croke Park
The GAA Museum are delighted to announce the return of Santa to Croke Park, the home of Gaelic Games, this year.
A team from the North Pole GAA are setting up a training camp in Croke Park and they’d love you to visit, as they prepare for their special journey around the world, on Christmas Eve.
During the Croke Park Santa Experience, you will assist the Ice Patrol team and get an exclusive peek inside the North Pole GAA Elf Dressing Rooms, as you search for Santa! There’s also a chance to visit our super Skills Zone, where you can play a ‘cool’ selection of fun, festive games.
Then step into Santa’s very special Croke Park cabin to meet the man himself. You can take a photo with Santa and tell him about your predictions for the 2024 GAA All-Ireland Championships!
Every child will receive a small gift. Photos will be available to purchase, if you wish.
Tickets include access to the GAA Museum. Make sure to collect our GAA Museum Junior Explorer passport and follow the North Pole GAA trail - find the answers to the clues that our mascot Cluasóg has left throughout the museum and receive a prize for your excellent explorative efforts.
You can also call into Cú Chulainn’s, Den, to write your letter to Santa and post it in our museum post box. Plus, check out the interactive games area in the museum. For the last two time slots on each day, please visit the museum in advance of your Santa Experience - see the FAQ’s for more detail.
During the Santa Experience, you will be part of a group and joined by other people. Every ticket booking will have a chance to meet Santa for an individual photo. Photos can be purchased separately, or you are welcome to take your own pictures.
Santa will arrive at Croke Park on Saturday November 18th and the Santa Experience will run on selected dates until Friday December 22nd. The experience lasts 50 minutes and is wheelchair and buggy accessible. Free parking is available outside the GAA Museum, which is located on the Cusack Stand side of Croke Park.

All tickets must be pre-booked online in advance. Tickets cannot be purchased on the day. Prices (excluding booking fees) are:
Adults: €13
Children aged 2 upwards: €20 (including gift)
Children aged 13 months – 23 months: €14 (including gift)
Children Under 1: Free of charge and gift included, but ticket must be booked
Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note, that if you are booked onto the last two time-slots of each day, access to the GAA Museum is advised before your Santa Experience visit. It is recommended that you allow at least 30 minutes to view the GAA Museum, in addition to your Santa Experience time.
