Description
This two-hour workshop will give participants the basic skills needed to create their very own choose your own adventure story through the medium of a video game. Games will be text based and participants will be led through story-boarding, planning, and working with the interactive program Twine to create their unique game. Participants will also learn the process of game testing through the other members of the group. Participants will be required to bring their own computers to the workshop and in an effort to maximize time spent in creation, participants will be asked to download the free game program Twine prior to the beginning of the workshop. Questions on how to do this may be directed to the program facilitator.
