Automating business processes isn't new, but recent advances in RPA platforms make it easier to implement – and easier to see a solid return on investment quickly. RPA is best for automating transactional processes where there are repetitive swivel-chair tasks with structured data. Join HRWIT with three pros that are well on their way to RPA and Beyond.
