Indianapolis is becoming an increasingly diverse city as thousands of immigrants enter as refugees and asylees, achieve Lawful Permanent Residency, and take the final step to citizenship. What does this mean for the families they have left behind in their home countries? What are their legal options when it comes to seeking reunification?
This 6-hour CLE—complete with a 1-hour ethics panel—will involve in-depth sessions covering I-130s, I-730s, consular processing, the 245i, and current immigration law updates.
