Veuve Clicquot presents, "Rebels", the fourth instalment of the Veuve Clicquot Widow Series, an annual creative event which pays homage to the revolutionary founder of the House, Madame Clicquot. Inspired by the spirit of the rebellion that Madame Clicquot embodied, this year's Widow Series chapters some of the most significant moments in the Veuve Clicquot story, through exploring some of the Britain's most potent movements in music culture. Framed as a metaphorical nightclub - the catalyst where great things begin - REBELS embraces music, fashion, film and installation to tell the story of a creative revolution.
Tickets are available Thursday 15th, Friday 16th and Saturday 17th of November 2018, choose from two sessions and explore four floors of immersive music, film, art and installation, before heading back to the Comet Bar for drinks and music... The ticket is £22 + booking fees and includes 1 glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label upon arrival.
Situated at Bargehouse on London's Southbank, the event will celebrate and explore radical moments in British culture under the creative narration of Tom Hingston. Brought to life across six rooms, REBELS will host collaborations from photographic and filmmaking duo Warren Du Preez & Nick Thornton Jones, James Lavelle, installation artists Rebecca Louisa Law and Anna Burns, Savages' singer Jehnny Beth with producer Johnny Hostile, menswear designer Liam Hodges, Young Fathers and Joe Goddard of Hot Chip. The installations bring together music, art, fashion and film, taking reference from some of Britain's most potent movements in music culture.
