Alex Grey's visionary paintings depict the intricate fusion of body and soul, love and spirit, illuminating the essence of each being. His art, exploring life and consciousness, has reached millions through five books, including three monographs, exhibitions, extensive reproductions, social media, a TED talk, stage sets, animation, and Grammy-winning album art for Tool. Alongside his wife, visionary artist Allyson Grey, they founded the Chapel of Sacred Mirrors - CoSM, first conceived in 1985. Hosting Full Moon Ceremonies since January 2003, thousands of global supporters have contributed to the manifestation of CoSM and the building of Entheon. The Greys are renowned advocates of "cognitive liberty" and are considered influential voices in the psychedelic & visionary art movement. Together with the CoSM team and over thirteen hundred members, they continue to develop CoSM, with Entheon as a heart center in the scenic Hudson Valley town of Wappingers Falls, New York, serving as a sanctuary for Visionary Art and spiritual pilgrimage.
Rick Doblin is a pioneer in the field of psychedelic research and advocacy. Founder and President of the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS) since 1986, this organization has played a crucial role in promoting research into the therapeutic use of psychedelics, particularly MDMA, for conditions like PTSD. His mission is to help develop legal contexts for the beneficial uses of psychedelics and marijuana, primarily as prescription medicines but also for personal growth for otherwise healthy people, and eventually to become a legally licensed psychedelic therapist.
