Original Thinkers is a four-day multimedia ideas festival that focuses on the intersection of story and idea to create impactful and thought-provoking programming, which shines a spotlight on a host of new voices, artists, musicians, thinkers, storytellers, and visionaries. Through authentic stories and shared experiences, the whole weekend in Telluride sparks us to engage in the world with more empathy and understanding to help us navigate our ever-changing world. OT features a collection of shows, panels, and screenings over the weekend including films, The Janes about a heroic group of women in the late 60's and early 70's performing free illegal abortions for women in need prior to roe v wade, and the film Of Medicine and Miracles a story chronicling one family's and a team of Dr.'s epic fight against cancer. Raye Zaragoza will also perform at Original Thinkers along with a host of other special guests. The weekend includes a brilliant array of artists, films, musicians, and speakers all bringing their powerful stories and essential ideas that will push us all to think in new ways. The festival will explore themes of global empathy, disrupting broken systems, grief and climate anxiety, and more. To kick off each day there will be wellness activities from yoga to hiking.
