Learn Stratford Chefs School cooking techniques and tips, then enjoy a tantalizing Asian inspired meal featuring Pork Steam Buns - ready for you to finish at home in an Open Kitchen @Home Meal Kit!
Chef Instructor Eli Silverthorne has planned the meal and will do all the prep; you just have to finish the cooking at home! All the chef-prepped, pre-measured, farm-to-table ingredients you need are packed in the kit; a detailed downloadable recipe booklet with full instructions and video tutorials are also provided.
Chef Eli's video instruction will show you how to finish and plate your meal, and - if you want more - you can learn how he did all the prep as well!

$36 per person ($34.28 + 5% service fee*)
Adapted from our Open Kitchen Master Class series, Chef Eli will guide you through this curated, Asian inspired menu. You'll learn how Chef Eli cures and smokes fish and then rolls it into sushi. You'll make a classic restaurant style pork steam bun at home – steamer optional! - with SCS fermented kimchi and cucumbers that you quick pickle yourself! Lastly, we'll introduce you to the tantalizing flavour of yuzu, paired with a refreshing citrus panna cotta to round out the meal. Bon Appetit!
PORK STEAM BUN MEAL KIT includes all pre-measured and prepped components for the following three course meal:
Smoked Salmon Sushi Roll (1/2 roll per kit), plus Seaweed Salad & Soy Pearls
Pork Belly Steam Buns (2 per kit)
Quick Pickled Cucumbers
SCS fermented Kimchi
Carrot & Cilantro Slaw, with Roasted Peanuts
Citrus Lemongrass Panna Cotta with Yuzu syrup & Citrus
FINISHED BY YOU @HOME

4. A link to access your instructional video tutorials and recipe booklet will be emailed to you the day before your Meal Kit pick up day.
