Learn the nuts and bolts of nutrition, how your body absorbs and uses nutrients, the role of diet in the prevention of disease, and, most importantly, learn how to determine whether your sources of information are well supported by science.
This course is not about any particular diet. It offers fact based information on current nutrition research and teaches participants how to make sound decisions when choosing ways to improve their diets.
