Nordic Sisters Yoga & Brunch at Mortimer House VOL3
Swan Court, 37-41 Mortimer St, Fitzrovia, London W1T 3JH, UK
Urban Day Retreat in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia in the most tranquil of settings – The Loft + Gallery at Mortimer House - a private community for those who wish to create, work and unwind in equal measure.
At the final circle of winter we have naturally shedded what needed to shift and are ready and open to let the light in; including new ideas and opportunities, new uplifting habits and lifestyle choices.
This is a time for slowly releasing the retreat grounding character of our winter mode as we steadily day by day regain momentum to get up and going - just like the days are getting longer and stronger in warmth.
Come and revitalise with Ida’s powerful, beautiful and original flows and Josie’s calming soothing yin and guided visualisations. Followed on by amazing brunch from the kitchen at Mortimer House - we CAN'T wait!!!
Tickets include Yoga + Meditation @10AM followed by House Brunch @12PM.
Mortimer House Membership gives priority status and complimentary access to events on both the cultural programme and guest-ticketed events.
‘Highly recommend the Nordic sisters unique yoga and meditation experience: an energizing journey themed by the transition of seasons and enhanced by sound and scent. Expect to walk away feeling fresh and grounded.’ Paul Van D
Ida & Josie work as a duo of yin and yang bringing yoga asanas, breathe work, guided meditation and healing to the everyday person as well as the seasoned yogi. They believe strongly in empowering people to find their own truth by owning and loving their story. Ida & Josie have run many retreats all around the world and continue their work individually as well as collectively under the name: NORDIC SISTERS.
They work closely in rhythm with Nature and align all their workshops, events and retreats with the seasons. Inspiring people to live in balance with nature and to understand that ‘it is not the Earth that belongs to us- it is us that belong to the Earth.’
